The international competition returns to Portugal for its seventh edition, on the 11th of March, in a face-to-face format

📍 Lisbon School of Architecture Auditorium

After attracting more than 200 participants, nationwide, in 2022, the competition promises, once again, to test the imagination and competence of hundreds of students, designers and professional architects under 30 from all over the country. They will be challenged to create innovative solutions for the bathroom space that can contribute to a more sustainable and conscious future.

The competition, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, is an example of Roca‘s commitment to talent, innovation and sustainability, with the aim of promoting the importance of design in responding to major global challenges, such as the climate emergency and the new realities around the world.

The projects will be evaluated by a jury composed by a member of Roca, renowned professionals from the world of design and architecture, and will also have the presence of both winners of the previous edition, Rosana Sousa and Sofia De Francesco.

The winning project will receive a prize of €2,000 and there are additional prizes of €1,500 and €1,000 for second and third place.

🚨 Registration for the Roca One Day Design Challenge 2023 is open until 23:59 on March 8th, 2023 and is limited to 300 participants.
