Intergift, Bisutex, Madridjoya and MOMAD close the IFEMA Madrid lifestyle week
The large multi-sector fair ended with an average growth of 12%, two professional visitors and a strong balance of all these sectors, after five days that will bring together more than 1,000 exhibiting brands
The professionals present will have the opportunity to get to know the news, as well as the next trends in mobility, high decoration, wall coverings, gifts, jewelry, accessories, jewelry, watches, fashion, shoes and accessories.
Intergift, Bisutex, Madridjoya and MOMAD concluded the major lifestyle event organized by IFEMA Madrid with a very positive balance that marks the way to recovery, as evidenced by the average growth compared to September 2022 of 12% in professional visitors, and 24% compared to the last edition in February, with the arrival of more than 36,000 visitors from 89 countries. An event that generated important commercial activity and a multitude of synergies and business opportunities.
This new event was marked by internationalization as one of its strengths, without forgetting the positioning of Made in Spain. In total, more than 1,000 exhibiting brands from 26 countries were present at the four fairs held at the IFEMA Madrid venue, with a notable participation of Spanish companies that highlighted their relevance in this lifestyle sector.
In the words of the director of these four events, Julia González: “The balance of these fairs demonstrates, once again, their importance as business and promotion platforms. Throughout eight pavilions, professionals were able to take advantage of the latest trends and innovations for the next campaigns. We continue to bet on the joint fair format, since it is of great value to be able to access the global offer and the quality of the product that we offer in these four salons, with which we make the difference”.
All of this was accompanied by a complete program of presentations, which were offered in different venues, such as the Speaker’s Corner by Intergift and the Image Forum by Bisutex, Madridjoya and MOMAD, in which a total of 60 speakers of the highest level participated to address the challenges of the future: trends, management, circularity, regulations and the current situation in this sector.
Likewise, MOMAD was the stage where 30 exhibiting brands paraded presenting their collections and trends for the coming seasons.
The latest in decoration and solutions for interior design at Intergift
As a novelty, professionals from the world of decoration and interior design found in Intergift a new distribution of the offer, through the new sectorization of the fair. Thus, more than 360 companies and brands, national and international, from 13 countries, presented their latest innovations and trends in furniture and high decoration in the Home&Deco sector, as well as all the new ideas in gifts, gadgets and souvenirs in the Gifts sector .
Intergift closed its doors with an increase of 18% compared to September 2022 in professional visitors from 61 countries, and 30% compared to the last edition in February.
Together with these areas, Editores Textiles once again showed the most exclusive face of interior design, with more than 140 companies of great international prestige, specialized in textile design, wallpapers and coatings, which presented their proposals to specialists. of the area. As a complement, in this edition, visitors were able to visit “The Deconstructed House” – a unique space, created by the architect Sérgio Sánchez Pardo and by the interior designer David Jiménez, where all the environments that can be found in exclusive and design houses were represented.
Bisutex, trends for next season
The International Jewelery and Accessories Exhibition brought together more than 300 national and international companies, with a wide variety of collections, in which color and staging were protagonists, together with quality and design, which defined Archi spaces, and the originality of the product featured on the Minis.
Bisutex recorded an increase of almost 10% in the number of professional visitors compared to the September 2022 edition.
Madridjoya: Luxury and Design
At the International Exhibition of Urban and Trendy Jewelery and Watches, the most innovative proposals for the Spring-Summer campaign and the events of the coming months were presented, with the participation of more than 130 brands and exhibiting companies. Along with the offer of jewellery, goldsmiths and watches, the cash & carry segment had a special reception thanks to the wide variety of products presented.
MOMAD, the perfect setting to discover new styles
More than 300 fashion, footwear and accessories brands presented, from Friday to Sunday, their collections for Spring-Summer 23 and Autumn-Winter 23-24, where visitors could discover a wide range of different fashion styles in Contemporary Experience, Casual, Resortwear, Event and Sustainable Experience sectors.
The international level had a special weight in this event, with the participation of foreign companies from 14 countries and the 55% increase in international buyers from 59 countries during the last edition.
IFEMA Madrid is already working on the next edition of Intergift, Bisutex, Madridjoya and MOMAD, which will take place from September 13th to 17th, bringing together all these sectors in the big lifestyle week.
