Victor Bertier

Exploring the unknown, connecting the improbable, materializing emotions, challenging ideological barriers, creating the ideal for each individual—these are some of the foundations upon which Victor Bertier and his team rely in the development of interior and furniture projects.

For a long time, Victor Bertier has sought to connect the visual world with the auditory or musical. He felt that spaces conveyed sensations and that he could act as an intermediary, operationalizing the sensations emanating from spaces and infusing them with a certain life. Through sounds, Victor envisioned landscapes where he drew mountains, futuristic interiors, and environments in his fiction stories. He took pleasure in imagining what material we would use in our homes, workplaces, and cities 50 years from now.

The passion for creation, his unique vision, and the need to bring something into the world that would connect emotions and sensations, like a music piece materializing, led Victor to create the atelier. He invoked his own inner world to manifest in the physical realm. “Within each of us, there is a sound, either melancholic or active, and it is part of my work to discover that inner sound and physically compose its space.”
