Refined and elegant apartment in the center of Madrid

The apartment, designed to be the previous home of a client’s family who works in the world of film production, reflects the owner’s passion for luxury and the need to choose the best in every aspect of life.

The project, carried out by the Interior Design Service, was conceived with the aim of fulfilling the client’s needs, having asked for a hideaway in the city center. Located in a perfect spot for business meetings and for enjoying all the life that Madrid has to offer, the client could not do without a spacious and comfortable retreat, decorated with pieces from the Jumbo Collection and featuring details in light and golden tones.

After enjoying his experiences in the capital, he asked for a very refined and relaxing domestic space, dazzled by the golden and light green touches of the Jumbo Collection furniture, not forgetting the city park in front of the house’s windows.

The apartment has a large entrance hall, warmed by white wood paneling and a light marble floor with black and gold details, a detail designed to give the space a contemporary touch. The Feuille lamp, with its dramatic style and suspended decorative elements in Murano glass and a craquelê effect, as well as the Hudson table, the Lumière coffee table and the Enigma armchair, complete the space.

The hallway defines the spirit of the entire apartment, revealing itself to be a “precious treasure chest full of furniture elements” that represent the perfect example of what is made in Italy, as well as the finest creations of high quality craftsmanship.

The living area includes a large living room and dining room, separated by a central room with an entrance table to welcome guests. The dining room is represented by the table and buffet from the Coquille Collection. Its dining table has a polished gold finish and glass columns studded with LED lighting. The top is made of mother-of-pearl with handmade gold applications, resulting in a cinematographic table suitable for classic and luxurious spaces.

The large sofa in the living room, the Andromeda coffee tables, the harmonious furniture and the green details provide a comfortable and sophisticated setting by receiving and welcoming family and guests.
