Feria Hábitat València 2023 already has 90% of the space reserved

The event, which will take place from the 19th to the 22nd of September, confirms its best expectations and continues the upward trend of the last edition, in which, together with the kitchen and textile sectors, it occupied eight pavilions at Feria Valencia

Feria Hábitat València 2023 already has 90% of the space reserved

In recent months, Hábitat has developed an intense commercial activity with visits to clusters of manufacturers in Girona, Barcelona, the Basque Country, Lucena, Mancha Real, Yecla, La Sènia, Seville and Portugal, among others, and ended the participation of numerous international companies .

Good expectations for Feria Hábitat 2023. The “made in Spain” habitat par excellence event will hold its next edition at Feria Valencia from September 19th to 22nd, and will do so, at the very least, by repeating the success of the last edition.

Less than six months before the event, Hábitat has already covered 90% of the exhibition space planned for the next edition, according to the fair’s sales team, due to the high percentage of exhibitor rotation in the last edition – more than 87% – as well as the incorporation of new companies, some of which have a high impact in terms of square meters occupied.

It should be remembered that the last edition, in September of last year, Hábitat held the biggest edition of the last decade, in which up to eight pavilions of Feria Valencia were occupied along with the fairs of home textiles and furniture and kitchen equipment.

This year, together with Hábitat, the textile sector will return at the Home Textiles Premium by Textilhogar event, while the biennial Espacio Cocina SICI will return in 2024, allowing Hábitat to satisfy possible needs for an increase in exhibition space.

Intense commercial action

All this comes after an intense commercial activity carried out by the Hábitat sales team in recent months, which led it to visit the most important clusters in the sector. Meetings and visits were held with manufacturers from areas such as La Sènia, Girona, Barcelona, the Basque Country, Yecla, Mancha Real, Seville and Lucena, where it was recently agreed, together with local public bodies, to renew the participation of the group of Andalusian companies in the region in Valencia.

Interest from international companies

In addition, the participation of a good number of international companies, very interested in the Spanish market and which stand out for being leaders in their respective sectors, was also closed in the various business meetings. These are companies from Italy, France, Holland and Portugal, which will increase their presence at Hábitat in 2023.

“The sector’s response has been exceptional”, says the director of the event, Daniel Marco. “It was very important, after the great success of the last edition, to continue the positive inertia generated by the status of World Capital of Design. And, based on the response we see from our exhibitors, the sector reaffirms the positioning of Feria Hábitat València as the great business platform for the industry and the gateway to internationalization and export”, says Marco.

Space allocation starts in May

The event will complete the final occupation throughout March and April, and in May it will begin to assemble the pavilions and allocate space to the exhibiting companies. Hábitat 2023 will be attended by practically all sectors and segments of furniture, lighting and decoration; a global view of the latest trends in interior design with the best national and international companies in design, decoration, contemporary, youth, rest and upholstery, among others.
