New, exclusive area to cover multiple sectors with exhibitors including Bariperfil and Emedec (claddings), Voolcan Contract Projects (projects), Olivari (fittings), Puertas Castalla (interior design) and Sanycess (bathrooms). Hábitat 2025 brings manufacturers for new dedicated projects area dubbed ‘Contract 360 by Maderalia’

Feria Hábitat València’s new ‘Contract 360 by Maderalia’ area is taking shape. The exhibition project launched at the beginning of this year by Feria Valencia to enrich the Feria Hábitat València offering with an area specialising in suppliers serving contract installations and projects is now at a very advanced stage of being marketed and has in fact signed up some top-level names to join the showcase.

One such is Porcelanosa Grupo. The Castellón-based manufacturer, which has grown from its beginnings in the ceramic tile industry to become a global brand in the field of interior design and architecture, will be at Feria Hábitat València’s ‘Contract 360 by Maderalia’ showing its latest solutions for the contract sector.

Porcelanosa Grupo joining this new section of Hábitat is in line with the philosophy that underpins the ‘Contract 360 by Maderalia’ project: to offer a carefully curated selection of suppliers from a broader church, rather than focusing exclusively on the traditional Hábitat or Textilhogar offerings.

The participation of other leading companies from this and various other sectors is also part of this philosophy. Two companies that are major names in the claddings and flooring segment of the market, for instance, have also confirmed they will be taking part: Bariperfil and the ever-dynamic Emedec, which specialises in researching new materials for interior design and construction.

Other notable participants are specialist fittings manufacturer Olivari – whose catalogue includes door handles designed by Patricia Urquiola, Zaha Hadid and Jean Nouvel – and Puertas Castalla, from Alicante, which has made the move into the interior design sector with some highly innovative products.

Bathrooms too will be represented in this new exhibition area, by companies such as Sanycces, which specialises in designer bathroom products with a Mediterranean soul, and also by full-service companies such as Voolcan Contract Projects, which offers integrated solutions for hospitality, tourism and leisure.

Selection of around 40 exhibitors

The above are just a few examples of the exhibitors selected to be featured in this area. The organisers expect around 40 companies and brands will be represented, to maintain the spirit of the project, which is to present an exclusive set of smaller, pared back stands, highly focused on showing the innovations being introduced for the contract sector clearly and simply.

The location is designed to reflect the type of products being displayed and this special area is therefore being sited beside the new hotel design installation that Feria Hábitat Valencia has commissioned from a well-known architecture and interior design practice. In fact, the companies exhibiting in ‘Contract 360 by Maderalia’ will have the opportunity to show some of their products within the unique installation.

Driven by Maderalia

It should be borne in mind that this new exhibition area of Hábitat’s shares close links with another major event at Feria Valencia: FIMMA + Maderalia. ‘Contract 360 by Maderalia’ was in fact devised by Maderalia to provide a powerful hub exhibiting products and services at the biennial fair that relate to this particular channel: fitting out communal facilities such as hotels, shops, offices and restaurants. Indeed, manufacturers like Porcelanosa itself – via its Krion brand – Castalla, Bariperfil and Emedec are regular exhibitors at Maderalia.
