In the communal areas, Portaro® EI30 and EI30 Inverse fireproofing solutions were installed. As far as finishes are concerned, materials were used that combine functionality and aesthetics. Among the options chosen are lacquered finishes in RAL colours from the Lacdor range, Naturdor® natural wood veneer, and Dekordor® HD decorative cladding, renowned for its high resistance.
