Foliage: Fercopor arrives in Foz do Douro with new luxury housing project

Foliage, designed by architect José Carlos Cruz, has 28 luxury flats of different types and a strong connection to nature.

The property developer’s new project has two buildings and 28 flats, divided into 2, 3 and 4 bedroom types, with interior areas of up to 225 m2 and exterior areas of up to 328 m2.
On the ground floors, the homes stand out for their generous private gardens, spaces that promote close contact with nature and outdoor socialising, but also large glazed openings that guarantee a balanced, harmonious and continuous fusion between indoor and outdoor areas.
