Espacio Cocina SICI presents its new exhibition format for 2026 edition
The kitchen furniture and equipment fair expands participation options and will strengthen its ‘AMC Kitchen Lab’ area with new proposals and a new pavilion design by interior designer Francesc Rifé. Espacio Cocina SICI presented its upcoming edition at the AMC assembly held at the headquarters of Ascale (Castellón), where it will form part of an ambitious habitat-focused proposal together with Feria Hábitat València, Textilhogar and the new 360 by Cevisama space.
Espacio Cocina SICI is back, and it returns with many new features. The next edition of Espacio Cocina SICI is moving forward with preparations for its event, which will be held from 28 September to 1 October 2026 at Feria Valencia and will form part of an ambitious comprehensive initiative around habitat equipment together with Feria Hábitat València, the Textilhogar event and the new 360 by Cevisama initiative.
In this regard, the kitchen furniture and equipment event, which is configured as the only fair 100% specialized in this sector held in our country, took advantage of the recent annual assembly of the AMC association at the headquarters of the Ascale company in Castellón to present to the members of the sector employers’ association all the new features of the upcoming edition of the fair.
Thus, the director of Espacio Cocina SICI, Daniel Marco, highlighted the simultaneous celebration of the kitchen sector biennial together with Hábitat and Textilhogar, as well as the debut of the 360 by Cevisama initiative, a new and innovative exhibition format focused on solutions from the ceramics and bathroom sector for the home, architecture and contract markets. A comprehensive event with strong international drawing power for all sectors related to habitat
In addition, at the event held at the facilities of this Pamesa Group company, Marco recalled the visitor profile, made up of architects and interior designers (38%), retailers (26%), the contract sector (24%) and buying groups (12%), with 14% foreign visitors. He also announced that there will be more than 3,000 invited buyers from around the world, which will represent an investment of 1.1 million euros.
New project and exhibition formats
On the other hand, during the presentation of Espacio Cocina SICI, another of the major new features of the event was also announced: its new participation formats. In 2026, Espacio Cocina SICI will strengthen its positioning as the main professional meeting point for the kitchen sector with a wide variety of participation formulas designed to accommodate everything from large manufacturers to complementary brands seeking sector visibility without a large exhibition deployment.
The offer will start with the traditional Free Floor option, which allows each exhibitor to design and build its own stand with total creative freedom, thus maintaining its visual identity and the staging that best fits its catalogue. For those looking for a more practical solution without giving up their own presence, the fair proposes the Pre-decorated Stand, a modular format with walls, platform or carpet and lighting structure that each brand can further customize.
Kitchen Lab returns with strength
In this area, one of the main attractions will be the renewed commitment to the Kitchen Lab concept, a zone with high visual and narrative appeal that in 2026 is expected to be conceptualized by designer Francesc Rifé, and which is structured in two modalities:
On the one hand, the Exhibition Kitchen Lab, made up of kitchen settings of 40, 65 or 90 square meters aimed at national kitchen furniture manufacturers, international manufacturers associated with AMC, and appliance, countertop or accessory brands that participate together with an interior designer to present a complete kitchen proposal.
On the other hand, the Kitchen Lab Experience, where two functional 90-square-meter stands will be located to host the official showcookings of the event, turning this area into one of the most dynamic hubs of activity and content generation at the fair.
Sponsorships, collaboration and participation incentives
These options are complemented by different sponsorship formulas linked to strategic spaces within the Kitchen Lab Experience—such as the showcooking area, the activities and talks area, the supplier innovation zone, the projects and young designers space, or catering and relaxation areas—which allow brands to associate their image with high-impact content.
A multi-site collaboration model is also envisaged for complementary product companies, such as appliances, countertops, auxiliary furniture or taps, reserved for those that do not have their own space or presence through sponsorships and that seek integrated visibility across several environments along the exhibition route.
The fair also maintains a scheme of financial incentives aimed at facilitating participation. These include discounts for early registration as well as advantageous conditions for exhibitors who have participated in previous editions.
2026, the major comprehensive event around habitat
Feria Valencia will host from 28 September to 1 October 2026 the joint celebration of Feria Hábitat València, together with Textilhogar, Espacio Cocina SICI and the new 360 by Cevisama initiative. This is a major comprehensive and multi-sector event focused on sectors related to habitat, with strong international drawing power among profiles such as large-scale distribution and contract sector operators. This initiative is expected to exceed more than 110,000 m² of exhibition space with nearly 1,500 exhibiting companies and brands.
