Cosentino fuses Parisian sophistication and bohemian spirit in Le Chic Bohème, the new Silestone collection from Silestone®XM

Cosentino, a world leader in the production of sustainable surfaces for architecture and design, is once again positioning Silestone® at the forefront of sophistication and elegance in interior design with its new Le Chic Bohème collection, part of Silestone®XM. After revolutionising the process of transforming recycled elements into something new and beautiful with EARTHIC, the brand continues its commitment to the beauty of veined patterns, which began last year with the Le Chic collection, to once again showcase the high aesthetics and sophistication of the leading hybrid mineral surface in the world of design.

Le Chic Bohème by Silestone®XM features four new colours: Jardin Emerald, Rivière Rose, Château Brown and Blanc Élysèe, which combine the essence of Parisian sophistication with a bohemian touch. This range ranges from soft and delicate tones to bolder and more disruptive shades, designed to make it easier for designers and decorators to create unique and distinctive spaces. Expressive veined designs and intense brilliance stand out in these colours, generating incomparable depth and refinement.

Sophistication born of innovation and sustainability. Le Chic Bohème consolidates the important technological evolution achieved with Le Chic in the manufacture of this type of surface, to achieve complex structures with fine interwoven veins, through a new moulding system. This system also allows the design of the veins to be integrated into the entire surface and thickness, being visible with total continuity, even in edge finishes, curved cuts or die cuts.

On the other hand, the true sustainability of this collection comes from Cosentino’s Hybriq+® technology, which allows it to be manufactured using 99 per cent reused water and 100 per cent electricity from renewable sources. Its composition incorporates a minimum of 20 per cent recycled raw materials and has less than 10 per cent crystalline silica, as it belongs to the category introduced this year, Silestone®XM.

About Silestone® by Cosentino

Silestone® by Cosentino is the world’s leading hybrid mineral surface for the world of design and interior decoration. With over 30 years on the market, Silestone® offers unique technical and aesthetic properties, such as high resistance and hardness, easy daily maintenance, high colour consistency and unparalleled beauty. In recent years, Cosentino has developed pioneering and exclusive technologies such as N-Boost or Hybriq+® for the manufacture of Silestone®, which has meant a qualitative leap forward in terms of the material’s functionality, quality, beauty and sustainable character. Thanks to Hybriq+® technology, Silestone® has been completely transformed and, since 2020, has been composed of a hybrid formulation of mineral raw materials and materials of recycled origin. This innovation has also led to a significant reduction in crystalline silica in its composition, with two levels depending on the percentage of its content in the product: Q40 (maximum 40 per cent) and Q10 (maximum 10 per cent). In 2024, Cosentino introduced the new Silestone®XM category, which distinguishes the brand’s colours and collections produced with a maximum silica content of 10%.

Silestone® production also has environmental milestones such as the use of 99% reused water from production processes or 100% renewable electricity. With more than 60 colours, various textures and different formats, the aesthetic and decorative possibilities offered by Silestone® are limitless.
