AIMMP: Training in Safety and Health at Work

AIMMP, in partnership with the Authority for Working Conditions (ACT), has been organising a Training Cycle on prevention, Safety and Health at Work (OSH) for the Wood and Furniture Industry.

The second training session, entitled “Safety of Machinery and Work Equipment”, will address the main legal and EU requirements, both from the manufacturer’s and the employer’s perspective, considering that work is one of the activities that is the cause of countless accidents at work.

It will take place on 18 September at 10am at TecMaia, Sala Alfa ++.

The 1-hour session, followed by a debate, will be led by Labour Inspectors Ana Martins and António Baltazar.
